Refund policy

Items purchased from Cooper Racquets must be returned in perfect and unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, smell or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging including all labels and possible items included as part of the packaging, within 14 days of receipt of shipment, in order to receive a refund. Please note: the shipping costs of the initial order will not be refunded.

Write to us at hola@cooperracquets.com and tell us the order number and email.
If you choose the size change option, you must place a new order. The process will be like returning an order. All returns that we receive at our facilities will be paid in the same way in which they were made within a period of no more than one week from the receipt of the merchandise. Afterward, to acquire the new size, the customer will make a new purchase.

Customs & duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Cooper Racquets has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
